Khurba Children's Home - Russia
This 60 year old building is home to 74 orphan children ages 4-14. The area they are from is very poor and a high rate of abandonment and loss of parental rights has lef these children without parental care. The good news is that there are good natural resources here and we can work with them to establish animal projects and agriculture. We have already began some work in that regard but can do much more once this facilty is properly funded.
